Cancellation & Refund Policy

Month-to-Month Services (PPC, SEO, Management)

All ongoing management services at AdGorilla Marketing operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than 30 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing period. No refunds are issued for the current or prior billing periods.

Web Design Projects

Web design engagements are project-based with a defined scope and deliverables. The following refund schedule applies:

• →Before Discovery stage begins: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
• →After Discovery, before Design: 50% refund of total project fee
• →After Design stage begins: No refund. Work completed to date will be delivered.

Ad Spend

Ad spend (money paid directly to Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.) is managed in your own advertising accounts and is subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. AdGorilla Marketing does not control or retain ad spend funds.

Account Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we will provide you with full access to all campaign assets, reports, and account data within 7 business days. Your advertising accounts will be transferred back to your ownership immediately upon request.
